I was a leader for large software projects and leading multinational teams in corporate. Yet, it wasn't until I left corporate that I realized through my own struggles and growth the importance of leading all areas of my life, being consciously aware of my thoughts, emotions and behaviors and understanding my emotional intelligence and needs. Now I am the leader I desire to be and speak about my journey to help others on their path to empowered leadership in all areas of life!
